The UF SAS support group will answer questions about the current version of each SAS product. Older versions are not supported. We strongly recommend that each new version of SAS be installed as it becomes available. The UF SAS support group will answer programming questions relating to SAS only if you have a SAS manual to refer to. Information about your computer system might be needed to solve your SAS problem. You should be prepared to give the following information: the brand and model of computer you are using, the operating system (Windows, OS/2, Mac) and version of SAS you are using
