How to Participate
Only Colleges, Departments and Offices of the University of Florida can participate in the ADI agreement.
Special Note: Any department or office within the College of Design, Construction and Planning, College of Engineering, and Center for Instructional and Research Computing Activities (CIRCA) (See List) can use the software suite without further donations. However, the License Application form and Product Registration form must be submitted.
Ordering Autodesk licenses:
To contribute to the site license, print out the Autodesk

Obtaining the software
Upon receiving your order forms, arrangements can be made to obtain the software. It will take at least 3 working days for our staff to process your order. For those departments covered by a Department or College contribution, the Department Contact and System Registration forms should be mailed or faxed to Software Licensing Services.
When your order has been processed, arrangements can be made with our office to obtain the software. Only staff designated by the Department Liaison can borrow the software media for a period of one week. An extension to this time period is possible. Call our office to arrange for an appointment to checkout the Autodesk media and documentation.
