Important Terms and conditions concerning purchase
- ADOBE orders WILL NOT BE PROCESSED without the Adobe Ordering Forms and the appropriate price sheets. You must fax, email or mail all order forms to our office.
- All Order forms are subject to change at anytime.
- Software Licensing Services reserves the right to deny any order submitted after a pricing change.
- Due to the fact that Adobe does not offer the ability to transition form one type of Adobe product to another, such as changing from Adobe Acrobat Standard to Adobe Acrobat Professional. We must insist that all orders are final. If you are not sure which product to buy, we encourage the individual requesting the software discuss the matter with their Computer support staff for a recommendation.
- All questions concerning the capabilities and use of Adobe products should refer to the Adobe web site. For your convenience, and to aid in your search for the appropriate product, we have provided links below to the Adobe web site which compare programs with similar functions.
Important Dates in the Adobe CLP Program
June 30, 2009:
- All Adobe Upgrade Plans purchased during the June 2007 thru June 30, 2009 CLP licensing period have expired.
- All Upgrade Plans RENEWED at the end June 2007 thru June 30, 2009 CLP licensing period are extended until June 30, 2011.
- Starting on this date: Upgrade Plans can be purchased for any currently distributed version of an Adobe product through the CLP program. HOWEVER, if Adobe announces the release of a new version of a product then the right to purchase an Upgrade Plan is revoked.
December 30, 2009:
- This is the last contractual date that an Upgrade Plan can be purchased for any currently distributed version of an Adobe software product under the CLP agreement. Upgrade Plans can only be purchased as the same time the Adobe software license is purchased. Upgrade Plans cannot be purchased seperately.
